Life is too unpredictable to be paralyzed by inertia. Time to get moving again...

Sarah: I've traveled to and lived in many places, crossed (and tangled) paths with all kinds of folks, leapt high and fallen far, and collected all sorts of adventures (and plenty of misadventures). In recent years I've found a more quiet, peaceful way of being as a vegan, making mindful, gentle choices in all aspects of life. I am offering this blog as a chronicle of how I honor this commitment in the kitchen, hopefully guiding and inspiring others to do the same.
